GREEN SAND MOLDING
We provide green sand molding line solutions to our customers with the colloboration of our global partners. As IDEAL MODEL; we choose the right type of molding machine and line, considering your casting part type, targeted capacities etc. and plan your foundry together. We also design molding, casting and cooling line either to supply them from our partners or produce them in our facility. HORIZONTAL MOLDING WITH FLASK:
Depending on flask size, molding speed would be from 25 molds to 200 molds per hour.
Horizontal molding machines must be choosed considering cast piece size, physical structure, chemical analysis and lot sizes as listed below.
- Jolt and squeeze molding
- Hydraulic molding
- Hydraulic molding with air blow
- Hydraulic molding with air blow (multi pistons)
Regarding to request, system can be designed as manuel, half automatic or fully automatic along with molding machine and sand system as turnkey
HORIZONTAL FLASKLESS MOLDING:
Suitable for bulk and small casting pieces. Molding speed can reach up to 120 molds per hour.
VERTICAL FLASKLESS MOLDING:
Suitable for bulk and small casting pieces, faster than horizontal flaskless molding. Molding speed can reach up to 300 molds per hour. One of the most important feature compared to molding lines with flask, in this system there is no flask or palette cars which requires more investment and space.
